Olha Bosak
co-Founder, volunteer

Olha Bosak received two degrees, in Economics from Lviv National Ivan Fanko University and in Philosophy and Theology from the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv). She also completed training programs in Austria, Germany, France and the US. Due to her active involvement in Orange Revolution in 2004 she was invited by President Yushchenko to serve in his Administration. Olha managed several international projects as well as worked at international companies prior starting her own consulting company Olha Bosak Management Consulting with a focus on energy issues. She is currently working at Naftogaz, Ukraine's largest state-owned oil and gas holding, as a Director of a newly created Center for Reforms of Oil & Gas Sector and Corporate Governance of SOEs.

Andy Bain
co-Founder, volunteer

Andy Bain is one of the early founders of the advertising and media industries in Ukraine. He has been working in Kyiv since 1992 after founding Atlantic Group.  He also served with Ukrainian Army units deployed to the Iraq War while serving in the US Marine Corps Reserve. Andy received a B.A. degree at Yale University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. 

Morgan Williams
Director, volunteer

Morgan Williams serves as the director of Government Relations for Sigma Bleyzer Private Equity. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Senior Advisor, U.S.-Ukraine Foundation (USUF), member of Phi Beta Kappa. Morgan received a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ottawa University and a M.A. degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. He started working on the economic and private business development of Ukraine in 1992. In January 2007 Morgan Williams was elected President/CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). He has been awarded three State medals from the Government of Ukraine for his contribution to the economic development of Ukraine. Morgan Williams is the founder/trustee of the "Holodomor: Through the Eyes of Ukrainian Artists" collection.





Tamara Spareva                    Development Director

Tamara Spareva has worked in supply chain and procurement most recently at Atlantic Group and previously with multinational companies Nestle and Henkel. She has also participated as a member of The Aerospace Technology Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine working to improve transparency in procurement systems of Ukraine's Defense sector.  Tamara has advanced degrees in Economics from Kyiv National University of Economics and in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
