Olha Bosak
co-Founder, volunteer

Olha Bosak received two degrees, in Economics from Lviv National Ivan Fanko University and in Philosophy and Theology from the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv). She also completed training programs in Austria, Germany, France and the US. Due to her active involvement in Orange Revolution in 2004 she was invited by President Yushchenko to serve in his Administration. Olha managed several international projects as well as worked at international companies prior starting her own consulting company Olha Bosak Management Consulting with a focus on energy issues. She is currently working at Naftogaz, Ukraine's largest state-owned oil and gas holding, as a Director of a newly created Center for Reforms of Oil & Gas Sector and Corporate Governance of SOEs.

Andy Bain
co-Founder, volunteer

Andy Bain is one of the early founders of the advertising and media industries in Ukraine. He have been working here since 1992 after founding Atlantic Group Limited. Andy received a B.A. degree at Yale University and an MBA from the University of Michigan in the United States. He served in Iraq and have been recently retired as a colonel from the US Marine Corps Reserve.

Morgan Williams
Director, volunteer

Morgan Williams serves as the director of Government Relations for Sigma Bleyzer Private Equity. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Senior Advisor, U.S.-Ukraine Foundation (USUF), member of Phi Beta Kappa. Morgan received a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ottawa University and a M.A. degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. He started working on the economic and private business development of Ukraine in 1992. In January 2007 Morgan Williams was elected President/CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). He has been awarded three State medals from the Government of Ukraine for his contribution to the economic development of Ukraine. Morgan Williams is the founder/trustee of the "Holodomor: Through the Eyes of Ukrainian Artists" collection.

 

 

Eduard Vozniy

Eduard Vozniy is a former professional logistics officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He received a degree in Economics from Odessa Military Institute. In 2003 - 2004 Eduard went to Kuwait as part of the 19th battalion of radiation, chemical and bacteriological protection with a humanitarian mission and to Iraq later on with a peace mission. He is an honored military officer. After returning from Iraq Eduard left military service at the rank of a captain. Since 2005 he has been working at Atlantic Group Limited as Administrative Director.

Viktor Plakhuta,
Chief Executive Officer

Viktor Plakhuta is former Director of the Department of Defense and Security at Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (12/2015 – 10/2016), was responsible for the development, coordination and partially implementation of state economic policy in the area of defense and security (coordination of State Defense Order, development of policy for defense industry, mobilization preparedness of economy, state reserves and mobilization reserves, reserve budget fund etc.); from 11/2016  to 05/2017 he managed Secretariat in Independent Defense Anticorruption Committee, Transparency International Ukraine, and was responsible for strategic development of project;  in 2015 he was project manager at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, responsible for coordination of reform project “New norms and standards of material supply for MOD & other military forces”.
